There are four easy steps to submitting a bid:

1. Download the Vendor Bidding Form and save the blank form to your desktop.
2. Go to your desktop, open the blank Vendor Bidding Form. Then complete the vendor information section and enter quotes for the items you wish to bid on.
3. Save the completed Vendor Bidding Form to your desktop. This will be your copy of the bid.
4. Send the completed Vendor Bidding Form to: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it
   Remember to attach the completed Vendor Bidding Form from your desktop.
